Allowances cover model inference, knowledge-base embeddings, and light fine-tuning, for nonprofit use only. They renew monthly, with expedited requests for urgent projects. We never use your data for training.

Is our data safe?
Data is isolated per organization, on-prem deployment is available, our practices are GDPR-aligned, and we explicitly do not train on your data.
Can a very small organization use it?
Yes. The free tier and Starter compute are designed for small and community organizations, with templated setup.
How fast can we go live?
One-click deployment is available the same day. Custom builds take a few weeks depending on complexity, with full support throughout.
Do you support on-prem deployment?
Yes. Organizations with strict data-compliance needs can request local or private-cloud deployment, included in the Custom tier.
Can we apply for more compute?
Yes. Allowances renew monthly, and you can apply to scale up or for expedited grants as your project grows.
